The story
I left Poland at 19 — Szczecinek, a small town no one outside Poland has heard of — and arrived in England with one suitcase, no contacts, and no plan beyond the conviction that my life was somewhere else.
What came next: a degree in Accounting and Finance (first class, second language, with a baby), ACCA qualification across several attempts, and a decade building a career in corporate finance — from graduate to Financial Controller.
Then: a multicultural marriage, three children, a decision to move the whole family to India for two and a half years, and a return home to a job market that didn't want me. Forty rejections. No callbacks. A long silence.
On 24 October 2025 — my 41st birthday — I opened Mann Accounting Services Ltd. A yoga teacher on Sundays. A YouTube creator with 81,000 subscribers. An author with a book almost done. A mother. A wife. A woman who gets asked, constantly:
How do you do it all?
I wrote the book to answer that properly.

How to build a full life without losing yourself.
This isn't a productivity guide. It's not a morning routine. It's the honest account of what it costs — and what it gives — to carry more than most people think is possible. For the woman who is building her career, raising her children, navigating a life between cultures, and still being asked at dinner parties how she does it all.
Thirteen chapters. One question. The real answer.

In her own words
Agnes is a natural conversational speaker — better in the room than on the page. Watch to get a sense of how she thinks, how she talks, and why audiences remember her.

I'm significantly better unscripted than scripted. My strongest territory is the intersection of multicultural life, reinvention, and what it genuinely takes for women to build financial independence — and I speak about all of it without softening the edges.
Currently building my speaker reel and taking early bookings.
